General Membership Meetings
Check our Facebook Page for the any last minute announcement. General membership meetings are held the second Saturday monthly (with few exceptions). Refer to the calendar for details. Our meetings will be at the University of Idaho Ag classroom at 1904 E. Chicago Street, Caldwell. Note: The classroom is in building # 1902 which is behind the 1904 building facing Chicago Street. From 10 to 10:20 it is social time & time to buy a chance at the Wheels of Goodies! Meeting starts at 10:30. Announcements and important information are shared at the monthly meetings. It is also the meeting where members vote on topics such as the festival theme, election of officers and directors and Constitution and By-Law changes. We also have a 'Show & Tell'. Demonstrations, lectures, workshop, product or tool discussions often follow the business meeting. We are always open to topics that interest you. Contact our President or any board member for more information.

Patch Meetings
In addition to the monthly general membership meeting we have patches having meetings through out the month at various locations. IDGS members are welcome to attend any, or all, of them. Newcomers are welcome to try out the art of gourding at patch meetings. There are so many benefits of membership to enjoy; we urge you to join the IDGS. Talk with the patch leader about joining at the next patch meeting. DANCING DOGS GOURDIN’ (BOISE) PATCH Meetings will be the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays. * Details here. In addition to the regular gourd activities indoors there will be an outdoor carving station with power, table, and umbrella for any who want to carve!
