Workshops

Where do gourds come from?  How many kinds of gourds are there?  What kind of paints can I use?  How do you dry gourds?  How do you clean gourds?  You’ll find plenty of answers at the meetings and workshops.

What can you do with a gourd?

As a rule of thumb, anything you can do with wood you can also do with a gourd.  One of the objectives of the Idaho Gourd Society is to discover different methods and techniques for crafting gourds.

A donation of $2 is collected when you take any workshop.  The funds help offset the Idaho Gourd Society’s workshop expenses.
